The food is good and up to Wendy's par, but the customer service is terrible and getting worse. They take your money and accuse you of making mistakes when ordering, or refuse to give you your food. I was accused of not paying for me food after coming up when my number was called, and only after showing proof of my purchase was it begrudgingly given to me. It was even offered to someone else randomly until I pulled out my receipt. I've also seen cashiers make fun of other Asian customer's names. Many of the cashiers are rude and disrespectful yet demand respect in return for accusations, blame, and lip service. The franchise HQ ought to look at reviews people are giving to this Wendy's and do something about their hiring procedures, since clearly standards have slipped and are continuing to slip further. I've given this Wendy's many chances but I won't be returning anymore. Why should I pay to be insulted? Talk about giving Wendy's a bad name. The Green St. McDonald's employees are much nicer and actually know how customer service works. You won't be made fun of, blamed, or accused of being a thief there.

This location used to be great, I buy lunch here at least twice per week. But this year quality of service has dropped dramatically. They're almost always out of things, they have this big soda machine and it's been out of soda several times this month. The salads don't come with everything listed on the menu, and my order has been plain wrong several times this month. The kiosks no longer seem to work, they're usually shut down and once my order just disappeared from the system. Lines are longer than they used to be and I often end up waiting 25 minutes to get my food. I don't know what happened but it seems like they need a complete overhall.

This place blows. Takes like 15 minutes even when they have no business and their food is somehow much worse than other Wendy’s

I've generally loved Wendy's food. Their spicy nuggets have been a staple to my diet for a long time, and the 4 for 4 deal is fantastic. However, the service at the Union Wendy's is absolutely horrendous. It took roughly 10 minutes for my 4 for 4 to be made, and when I received it they failed to give me the small fries as well. I went back to the counter to ask for the fries, but nobody would even acknowledge the fact that I was there. I then got an employee's attention by shouting and asked about my fries, and she stated it would be out soon. Well they finished a batch of fries and delivered them through other orders, leaving me to wait there roughly 20 minutes for my missing small fries. The fact that I had to wait 30 minutes to order and fix their mistakes and didn't even receive a simple "sorry" speaks volumes to the inadequacies at the Union Wendy's. Despite being a long-time lover of Wendy's, I can safely say I will never be going back to this one.

Not sure why this location struggles so much. Wendy's is usually about the curve in customer service but I regularly have problems with wrong orders here. Today they forgot my receipt and when I asked for it the manager gestured to the line 10 people deep and told me I would have to wait until he served them all to get a receipt. Terrible customer service.
