One of my favorite restaurant chains! Try to visit one in every city. Surprised at the size and openness if dining area at Champaign, IL location. However, Lafayette, IN was cleanest of all the many states. Quaint and cozy nooks for privacy, thorough staff, and orders of meal/beverages were on point.

I love this place. I come here a lot BUT today was not a good day. First, we got a table that was too small for my husband so we asked for another table. Second, we got one near the bar which ended up being too cold. We should not have to eat with our coats on. So we won't b back for a while.

I generally don’t like to write negative reviews unless it is deserved .... this is deserved. Around 3 pm we decided to have a late lunch and stopped here because we were indecisive. My daughter ordered the Caesar with steak mid-rare, I ordered a burger at the same temp. The steak on a salad is cut and shingled, there is no excuse for the cook temp to be off ... you can took at it and tell before it is placed in the pass. It was well done ... no I’m between at all. The burger was under rare, blue and cold in fact. I could have sent 2 of the three plates back ... but if plainly over cooked steak was ok,visually, for both the grill cook that placed it on the salad, and the server that brought it to the table without question ... it’s a matter of not caring. Sending anything back would have been pointless. Combine that with the big old “chief” head painted on the wall and it is painfully obvious that there is a lot of not caring going on. If no one cares about food cooked to order ... why would they care if a racist mascot is offensive? Would have gone back for a second chance ... no chance of that happening with a proud display of racism to greet me.
