This was the worst experience by far. This location has serious customer service problems. The managers do not put customer service first. I visited this location March 27th and I order 3 items. SIMPLE. The person in drive 2 told me to wait in the serve 1 waiting area because my food was being made fresh. Okay...I can wait for that. I was waiting in that spot for 10 minutes. And when someone came out my food wasn't with her. This manager walked up to my car with an attitude and said WHY ARE YOU SITTING HERE. I asked her if she was kidding me. Then she says I need to know what you ordered because someone mixed the orders up....FIRST OF ALL, that should've been the first thing to come out of her mouth not WHY ARE YOU SITTING HERE. I asked for refund and she tells me OKAY WELL GIVE ME YOUR CARD AND I'LL BRING IT BACK OUT TO YOU. Girl. I will not give you my card to take out of my sight so you can process a refund. I asked to speak to the store manager and she takes me to this black lady(name tag said she was the kitchen manager). I explained to her I wanted a refund and I did not like how that young lady approached my car. This woman was so nonchalant about the whole thing. I guess this is the normal for this location. Well I won't be returning to this location at all. I paid for my meal just like every other customer. Not only did mix my order but then I get treated as if I'm the problem. Get some people who know how to work under pressure. This young lady does not need to be working here.

Not fond of the place. But when your in a pinch it has decent breakfast. Coffee is good. But you have to pull over to make your own unless you trust them to make it.

I’m currently at the McDonald’s and the drive thru service is terrible. I’ve been in line for a good 15 minutes. After I paid the staff gave me a very dirty attitude. I did not waste 15 minutes to be given a dirty look. This will be my first and last time ever eating at this place.

One of the greatest restaurants in the area. The menu offers a large variety in choices of cuisine and the food is just superb. The formal dining space and complimentary straws and napkins were a nice addition as well. I will bring friends and family here and they are impressed by the overall quality of the food for such a low price. I almost lost my sense of reality by taking a bite of the so called "mcnugget" Instead of feeling I was in a simple modest restaurant I was transported to another dimension of taste and texture. This restaurant brought me to flavor town. 10/10

If I could give a 0 star I would I went through ordered and when I got my order they were missing a whole number 7 the fry and everything so I had to go back around and they told me to give them the whole order back I did. Then I sat in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting on my order and when I finally got it thinking it was right because they took 15 mins on it I went home only to find out they messed up again. Instead of making the Mc chickens I had the normal way they put ranch sauce on them instead of mayo. So not wanting to have to drive back once again I call and speak to a manager named Ruby. Not only did she make me explain to her what was wrong with my order about 10 times before she finally understood she told me unless I’m willing to come back right now there is nothing she can do. So they mess up on my order not once but twice and it’s my job to drive all the way back wasting my gas again to get it fixed AGAIN. I said well clearly I will be throwing the Mc chickens away who puts ranch sauce on them instead of mayo so next time if I decided to come back there can you replace them then and she said no I’d have to drive back right now. VERY unprofessional staff do not recommend this place at all.
