I definitely wouldn't go back there I spoke to Sally their manager who just wanted to credit me a dollar fifty for the nasty fries that I got that I waited 20 minutes for you would think after the owner spent all that money on that new McDonald's charges more money than the others that the Quality Quick coming out would be great and havingn more professionalism. All I Asked Sally the manager to do is make sure that the quality food going out is better next time, and she didn't even respond to that saying I will look into it she just said thanks for calling bye. And then she called me back to tell me she does care I'm a manager for a company and I am sure she didn't, even her voicemail didn't sound sincere! STAY AWAY! Not worth the 20-minute wait!

Restaurant style fast food. McDonalds is McDonalds, hit or miss for everybody, but the customer service makes this place a repeat stop. Timely, clean, and respectable. Especially for downtown Chicago I was a bit impressed with the way they conducted themselves. Definitely would recommend (if you are a fan of the food, of course).
