Finest baked goods that are a local favorite. The hot apple fritters are to die for. The breakfast we had was very reasonably priced, but the omelett was over cooked and brown. My scrambled eggs looked more like an omelette and brown on the outside, but somewhat runny inside. We will stick to the fantastic baked goods.

They've got the best donuts and pastries around. Their fried chicken has just the right crisp to it. The place is a small Diner but clean.

Carl's has some of the best donuts I've ever had, they are soft yet still dense and filling. Love just a plain glazed. We often go a little later than most (9am) order a dozen donuts and sit down for traditional eggs bacon and bread breakfast as the donuts are freshly made. Breakfast is also tasty to dine in. Word to the wise if you want fresh pastries or donuts, show up early or call ahead. You're gambling not getting what you want if you show up after 7 or 8 am.

Donuts and pastries are awesome. Broasted chicken so wonderful. Good peoples serving you makes this one phenomenal place to get breakfast or lunch.

the donuts are very good. the woman who owns the place is a miserable person who seems "put out" by selling you her donuts. shes extremely rude and will leave you standing at the counter for quite sometime before acknowledging your presence. She doesnt wear gloves when handling the donuts and regularly licks her fingers while working. The shop itself is absolutely filthy.
