We came here after going to the Wells St location and finding it closed, as they’re moving to the River East Arts Center. We were really craving some Carson's, so we decided to drive up to Deerfield to try this location. This place was almost as good as the original location. The decor is well done. We went at night, and despite some windows, it retains its speakeasy style. The food was great, except my Greek Potatoes were a bit burnt, and one of the edges to my full slab of ribs were dry--which is why I deducted one star. My wife food was perfectly made though. Our server was attentive and cordial. Overall, we would recommend this location.

Took the wife here on her birthday. Staff was friendly and helpful. We both had the rib and chop combo. Rib was good and the chop was massive. Also Cole slaw and au gratin went well together. Would go ahead.

This is one of my favorite places. Wonderful steaks, great BBQ ribs, the best cole slaw ever. Service is always great, the atmosphere is fun and casual. If you have to wait for a table, and even if you don't, there's always free chopped liver and onions, rye bread and crackers. Enjoy!

The ribs, steak, and beef are great. This is the best restaurant in the great north shore. Update 1/2/2018 I went here again to start off the new year here in the north shore. We each the custom ground burger with assorted sides. Each choice of potatoes offered here delicious (from the fries to the baked to the augrautin). The burger itself with the other elements it has with it are spectacular. This is a fabulous place to dine no matter what you order here. The manager and hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Our server was very attentive and thus made sure that he brought us exactly what we wanted. Once again, this is as good as any restaurant can get in the north shore.

Hi. Service is great! Nice quite. Good food. Only problem, no white american cheese for my burger. Hubby had ribs, great!
