Was in Chicago for 7 days. Ate here at least once a day. Food was great and the service was good. I thought the prices were reasonable also. They got a good Bakery and Deli section along with the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back to Chicago so I can eat here again. One of the top delis if not the best that I've been to.

Max and Benny’s is a wonderful deli that brings me back to my childhood. My family would go to Oshkenas in Chicago on the far north side. Max and Benny’s food is excellent and varied as well. Last time I was there I ordered a half corned beef and half chopped chicken liver sandwich. It was delicious! On Sundays there usually is a wait, but never too long. This restaurant is so good it has expanded several times over the years.if you’ve never been there, you’ve got to go.

Great food. Wide selection. Friendly staff. Good vibe. Highly recommend. And grab some baked goods on your way out... you will thank me later!

As someone who used to visit the Carnegie Deli in NYC regularly, I can be tough to impress when it comes to this type of restaurant, but Max and Benny’s absolutely nails it! Great food, generous portions, and an authentic deli section to boot!
