I will never again order from New China 1. If I can give them no STARS!! They have the most rudest employees how are you going to ask a paying customer with a bill of 51.00 if I’m going to give your driver a tip. I told him why wouldn’t I? Are you Kidding me!!! There was a lady in the background telling the man that I was talking too if I was going to give him a tip. One that’s rude to ask your paying customer if I’m going to give a tip. I tried calling back to cancel my order, and the guy picked up and hung up on me. Again what Business hangs up on someone. So I called again he answered and I told him I just placed an order I would like to cancel the order. What’s crazy I have order from them in the past and never had a problem until now.

The worst Chinese food ever. The chicken is is rubbery, beef has no taste, the fried rice is bland and taste like the styrofoam carton it cane in. Egg rolls are soggy and the sauce taste like garbage. I ended up throwing out two dinner combos and orange chicken dinner in the garbage, $33 down the drain. Do not waste your money at new China 1. I This is an absolute terrible restaurant and should be closed down.

Absolute favorite place for a quick bite in the area. The staff are kind and courteous, and the delivery is always fast and fresh. They are able to handle orders of all sizes, and the Crab Rangoon are especially fantastic! Don't let the humble appearance fool you, this place is amazing!

Went for pickup, dirty curtain closing off kitchen, greeted by arguing employees. Restaurant looks dirty. Last time I will visit since food was not very good

They are probably slightly above average in terms of flavor and quantity. However, the food isn't always the freshest, the service isn't typically that great, and the booths are uncomfortable. Oh, and they lose points for keeping that makeshift bedsheet curtain up that keeps you from seeing whats really going on in their kitchen. Best thing to do here is phone it in and carry it out.
