Hands down the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not only did it take over an hour to be delivered, because the person who took the order wrote down the wrong address after verifying it with me, it was over-cooked AND cold which takes talent. So I called, because I thought to be on friendly terms with the owners because were regular customers and was told that because we touched the food there’s not a single thing they can do. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THE PIZZA IS NOT GOOD IF I CAN NOT TOUCH IT. I’ve stated that I’m not looking for free food or a refund but because we’ve already spent our money here, maybe just a little bit of an apology and some friendly customer service. THE WAITRESS HANGS UP ON ME FOR ASKING HOW IM SUPPOSED TO TELL ITS NOT GOOD IF I CANT TRY IT. I’m literally asking that question and she speaks over me and says “have a good night” click. I call back, ask for the owner, she tells me that I need to calm down and that she has a dinning room full of people and she just is too busy to deal with me right now. She asks me what she’s supposed to do about it, she can’t take it back because we touched it! She can’t go around just giving out free food! No other restaurant would do that, why would I think she would? AND SHES THE OWNER! I told her I’m not looking for that. I called to complain about poor product we paid for and to have a company provide a solution in hopes of retaining a long time customer and got hung up on. I should have called Maria’s instead. HA.

Called for carry out, two meals. They said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Got there at the 25 minute mark, they said it will be out in a minute. After waiting there another 15, I finally said "will this take more than 1 more minute?" They were not busy...only three tables of two people each already eating. The meals finally came 5 minutes later. Came home to eat. The chicken Alfredo was good, the spaghetti was awful. Very bland, just tomato sauce with noodles, only one meatball. Why call it spaghetti with meatballs? Huge disappointment. Overall it was a very bad experience and I will not go there ever again. I regret that I tried this restaurant.
