Counter help not very friendly, host says it's a 45 minute wait with 8 open tables and when food arrived it wasn't right. They sent out a female manager and she could care less and wanted to argue. Is it really worth it to argue over .50 worth of rice? Spend your money some place else!

Probaly quicker to catch it and cook it myself. Been here over an hour still have not even gotten our appetizer. Drinks to forever for a couple of beers in a bottle. Not worth the wait.

Imma be positive I'm not a complainer or one of them unhappy guest always looking for something free, i order vegetable fried rice and try their crab Rangoon and vegetables egg rolls and share with my middle East friend at work it was very good....I got my within 15 minutes good standard time and the order taker was nice and very pleasant and attentive ask did I needed anything else...Absolutely thoughtful! They getting better! They can get someone from a high end Asian restaurant to point them in the right direction of being more organized to meet everyone high expectations ❤❤❤❤ I enjoyed my dinner I will be back to see new improvement

I see these other reviews but I'm telling you the chicken fried rice was 1000% fresh real chicken and egg! Rice wasn't hard! My California roll was bomb! And the price was so awesome! Big portions! I'll definitely be coming back! Shout out to our waiter joey! He was on point and awesome

(I am assuming this is The Wok from the Lumiere Casino based on the address.) My party came here late on Sunday night after an event after pretty much everything downtown was closed. This was our last choice in restaurants inside the casino, but became our only choice after everything else was closed (including the bar, which was interesting). We should have just gone to get fast food or a gas station sandwich, because this experience was horrible. We were seated right away, and there were only a couple tables taken, and they were all eating already. Despite this, it took several minutes for our server to take our drink order, and even longer to deliver it and take our food order. The food finally arrived, however we got our entrees well before the appetizer. While all of this was going on, other tables were being seated and they weren't be attended to at all. The table behind us waited at least 15 minutes before the server came by for drinks, while the other tables had their server come by much more frequently. Our drinks stayed empty the majority of the time, and the food was just bland and disappointing. The only bright side is the price we paid for the amount of food we got was very reasonable, especially considering we were in a casino. Getting the check and paying was another 15 minute wait. So overall, we spent about 15 minutes eating and well over an hour sitting there. Thankfully our orders were correct, but I can't say the same for others around us. If your choices are this restaurant and McDonald's, I would give the nod to McDonald's 10 out of 10 times. This was just a horrible experience and not worth the time spent waiting for everything.
