I literally just walked out this facility. The genetlemen who goes by the name of “Kyle” just in case he was lying he worked today’s (Sunday) shift around 6 o clock. He did not speak when I walked into the building. Had an attitude while he made my sandwich. He took my money with his gloves on and did not change them. He basically threw my sandwich together throwing all my ingredients onto the sandwich and then when I asked him to not have an attitude while he made my sandwich he asked me to leave..... I didn’t leave until my sandwich that I paid for was done being made. And on top of that the ingredients sitting out looked like they’ve been sitting there the entire day. I thought Subways slogan was eat fresh? HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will not be returning to this location and will be telling people about my service here.

Workers are all very nice & quite considerate to me. My Subway at Dodge & Main Street closed before Halloween, 2017. I really liked the owners & miss them. My new Subway is Dodge & Dempster in Evanston. I like this store and employees are efficient. The store is kept well-stocked & clean.

There was a clear rubber band in my sandwich, and they accused me of putting it there. Will not come here again.
