The atmosphere is the same as every other Olive Garden Restaurant but it is a nice place to eat. When busy, the staff is every bit on their toes as when you arrive early and they are not at the peak dining hour. Food is good but found that they do not offer to refill salad or bread as they do in other Olive Garden restaurants we have visited. Still it's a good place for a meal, be it lunch or dinner.

Great food. I really like that they have a family room that's separate from the rest. The Island Lake Woman's club of 12 fit perfectly in the room. Then we can hear each other talk.

I had the absolute most disgusting experience last night at this Olive Garden location. Our waitress had an open cold sore near her mouth, and multiple times throughout her service she touched her hands to her mouth, and then touched items brought to our table. Furthermore, as she was packing up our food to go, some noodles spilled over a little and she used her HAND to move them into the box rather than a utensil. Needless to say, we had to throw that food out. It was absolutely horrific. I will never again attend this location or others. My husband and I went to this restaurant regularly, but this was just completely disgusting. All of this was on top of his chicken being brought out RAW and another waitress who brought it noticing it as she was serving it. This experience was so bad I am contacting the Health Department about these violations. I would give 0 stars for the experience if I could.
