This is the second time in 3 months we have been to this McDonald’s. The last time I was here I saw someone come in from the drive thru, complaining about waiting for way too long. This time, I waited almost 20 minutes inside for my food. Both times the employees excuse was that they are understaffed... When I was waiting, I watched them walk food to people outside waiting multiple times while I still waited for my food— nothing special ordered. There’s no excuse. McDonalds should never take 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and stop in Cary or Barrington.

As soon as I walked in, it smelled funky in there. The manager shouted directions at his employees in Spanish so they can serve the people at the drive through. It too a while to get what I ordered, but was worth the wait.

i get it ,mcdonalds in FRG doesnt hire rocket scientist, but dear lord get the order right. i am done with that place! i would get home a my order is completely wrong, and heaven forbid you need to add onions or whatever, that really throws them off. so now when you order you literally have to check the order with the receipt, make a count against it. and as of this morning you better check the reciept when you pay, they dont pay attention at all!! they need to get rid of the employees, these kids are dense. get those kiosk already, so i can place my own order,so if there is a mistake., its my fault. it doesnt let me give zero stars

Slow. Hard to understand why. Saturday morning, 9am, one other customer, 12 minutes from order to pickup for one simple meal.

I was driving by early today with a couple of my good friend and we decided to make a quick stop and buy a meal that I could eat before they dropped me off at work. I cannot believe how disrespectful and unprofessional they are. I came to just buy a meal through the drive thru and I heard an employee yelling at customer at the top of her lungs about something that was irrelevant and had NOTHING TO DO WITH WORK while the other employees stood by and did nothing about it! All they did was laugh! This is beyound ridiculous! I do not care what goes on in her life outside of work, but what she did today was NOT and I repeat not okay! She is at work and expected to do her work not bring drama. She refused to sell a coke to the customer! What kind of business are they running here???!!! I have never never never seen anything as horrible as I did today! The women who was scolding the customer was the manager! I have heard many things, but I never believed any of the rumors until now. I am disgusted by this kind of behavior! Why would they hire someone who acts childish and is unprofessional? I don't understand! I will never return and I will for sure spread the word.
