This is a great place to take your toddler or post toddler to for a birthday lunch. It is a little crowded and small, but they have all of their meals brought to each table via electric train. The kids love it. Happy birthday is being played all of the time. A birthday boy or girl gets a complimentary cupcake. The traditional meal is a hamburger and fries. They have hot dogs too. And their I've cream is great. You can order an old fashioned root beer float, shake, and even a malt. Great place for the whole family.

It was difficult to rate this restaurant. On one hand, my toddler (and husband) LOVED that the food came out on a model train. And the prices were low, the food quite good. I ordered a salad and it was better than expected for a diner-style restaurant. They also had a variety of children's menu options. And the train runs nearby which adds some interest especially for the little ones. On the other hand, the service (although friendly enough) was not very attentive. We had to wait several minutes for silverware and to get attention for the bill. And they serve their food/drinks on single use plastics which they don't recycle. The parking was city parking so we had to pay a meter and walk a block or so. The trains came off the tracks a few times during our short visit which seemed tiresome for the employees but was actually interesting for my toddler to see how the model trains work. All in all, I give it a 4/5 for a family restaurant with a unique atmosphere.

Let's start by saying for those who rate this low because of the simple menu or lack of variety, you're grossly missing the concept : it's a throwback diner aimed at children and train enthusiasts. Quality beef( grass fed), old-fashioned milk shakes, and enough train memorabilia to make your head spin are the selling points, and those things they do quite well (along with a staff that really is super friendly and kind). Four out of five stars though for two reasons: Burgers are typically a little overly greasy. Baskets are unfortunately too small to eat over and not make a bit of a mess. To me, this feels like a mix between four and 4.5 stars, but I've noticed enough people have the same frustration with the baskets/burger drippings to give the whole star drop. Regardless, it's a great place to take your kiddos for a meal out 🚂🚂!

This is a fun place to take little kids. The food is really nothing special. Pretty basic diner fare as far as food goes, not bad but not great. Groupon had a nice coupon so cost wasn't bad. The staff was mildly attentive. Really the unique experience is the circling train that delivers your food.

What a fun place to eat. The adults love the trains as much as the kids. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
