Awesome breakfast diner. It's always a great experience every time I come here for breakfast with my family. There is never a wait even on the peak busy times on weekends. Very laid-back atmosphere, the staff is the best part of the whole breakfast experience. They are very polite and quite attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your meal. A pretty good size menu selection, so there's something for everyone, even for your little picky eaters. The menu prices are very decent I would even say below what you would normally pay at a comprable breakfast diner. An easy choice for breakfast every time.

Good, quick meal at a fair price. The wait staff is the best. The restaurant is usually PACKED! Today, my daughter and I went after Mass on a snowy Sunday morning. We were seated immediately (highly unusual for a Sunday) and able to relax and talk after we finished eating. Also, highly unusual. But even on the days when The Point is packed, you never feel rushed by the staff. You can't help but notice the crush of people waiting to descend on your table for their turn, but the friendly staff is always patient with those seated. You want a nice, popular destination? You will love The Point. Also, pick a weekday morning if you're able. Much less crowded. But always friendly.

Amazing breakfast spot! I can't believe I've lived in Lake County for nearly fifteen years and had never heard of it! I will definitely be coming back-frequently. Our waitress had a great attitude regardless of the fact that it was six in the morning. She was able to tell us in detail about various menu items and had a really great sense of humor. The manager was also very pleasant and the restaurant was clean. The food was just as tasty as it looked and there were so many interesting choices that it made it really hard to decide which item to choose. My choice, the Applewood smoked bacon waffle looked very plain compared to my friends dishes, however as far as taste, plain it was not. It was so delicious! I had sausage links on the side as well and they were also great. The pricing was also very reasonable. This place gets an A+ all around. Side note, my friend's said their eggs needed a little seasoning, however with a dash of pepper they were good to go.

My wife and i have been coming here for the past year. Have never had a bad meal. Also the staff is the best and since they brought Jill to manage it is even better. She always has a smile when you enter.

We've driven by that place for years, we decided to go in and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was very nice, the prices were better than average, the food was good, and the location is halfway decent also.
