I think the 24 reviewers went a different place than we did. My daughter and I went in last night as it was the only Harvard place we hadn't tried. BIG mistake. Our waitress seemed to punish us for not having a reservation. The table behind us was complaining of their slow service. We waited over 1/2 hour for a glass of water, despite wait staff and some men milling around the restaurant the whole time. Not even the owner offered us help. When we were finally able to place our order (timed at 40 minutes in), we also ordered a bottle of wine. The bartender gave it to her quickly, but she was busy talking it up with the bar patrons so we had to wait another 20 minutes for that! The guys behind us said they were never coming back, but did then get their food. And we waited. Our soup came and it was tepid so we didn't eat it. Nothing more came for another hour. At that point, I was ready to tell her to forget the order and we'd go elsewhere. We checked our watches. After nearly two (2) hours of sitting there, we'd gotten our food. Never were we asked or offered more water. We had to ask for our bill 3 times. We were finally out of that terrible place 2 1/2 hours after we arrived. Also the food was cold . I'm assuming because our waitress left it sitting there (couldn't owner bring it then if she was so busy?). We will never go back and I'm certainly not recommending it to anyone I know. There are some good places in Harvard. This isn't one of them.
