You would never guess that this was a restaurant from the outside. It looks like it's a fresh seafood carryout place. But inside there is a dining room on the other side of the store wall...very odd, cold setup in the store. I ordered the shrimp tacos for lunch but realized that they gave me fish. There want anyone around so I just kept eating them. The tortillas were chewy like they had been frozen and then microwaved. But the fish had good flavor. I'd like to give it another try and hopefully get the right thing next time.

The fish was amazing, I would really recommend the grouper with the lemon aioli sauce. The atmosphere was really pretty. One tip go a bit earlier than normal because it is fresh fish and it sells out quite quickly. I don’t see how I would ever hate this place.

We have eaten here at least six times since it opened in the strip mall not too long ago. Recently, it received a great review in the newspaper, and it seems it's popularity has risen, which is great for the restaurant but terrible for the service. The last three times we have come here for lunch (on weekdays), we waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out. Our final straw was today, we came in again for lunch, but after waiting 45 minutes and noticing the only waitress was also bussing tables and scratching an itch in her ear without washing her hands, we walked out from frustration. I'm hoping they are able to better manage their crowds and service, but I will not return. It's a bummer too because the food is pretty good.

We really enjoyed our first trip to Franco's. The fresh grouper and swordfish were excellent. And the patatine fries on the side were a treat. While we are in this area all the time, we didn't realize a good seafood restaurant was in our midst. Looking forward to a return trip.

Freshest Fish ever. Creative cuisine coupled with a very fresh fish retail market. Very friendly, very accommodating.
