The coffee was the best part of the experience. The pie tastes like its straight from a cardboard box, delervied from some warehouse production facility. Basically the pie and food are processed. So if you believe your going to get some home cooked pie or food from Bakers Square, like I did, think again!

Really delicious food/pie but super SLOW service on Sunday. Servers are pleasant but really busy. Be prepared to wait a while to get your order. They do not rush you. I sat for nearly 2 hours. I sat near kitchen. As waitresses came in and out of there they would yell "coming in!" Got a little annoying hearing this over and over. Also someone mentioned the piped in music. Yes it plays the same thing over and over. I particularly noticed it played Christopher Cross songs....in a loop. They should invest in Pandora or something similar. Would return but on a different day and not so busy time. I would recommend they hire more waiters/waitresses and be sure to have enough staff to handle Sunday brunch time.

Food was very good! The restaurant is in some need of updating. And the outside parking lot was filthy. But if you want good food inexpensive with no frills the good place to go not sure I'll go back though.

Waited 10 minutes to be recognized once I entered and then was told I could seat myself. Waited 10 more minutes for a waiter to greet me to only be moved into another seating section. Overall not an enjoyable visit. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed and there was a sense of chaos in the restaurant. The waiter did his best, but when you are delivered food, but have no utensils it is a very bad experience! The cashier at the front took my money but did not say thank you or have a great night afterward. Just a negative experience all around.

Service is HUGE for me. My family and I was unlucky enough to get a server named Isabella. Whom ignored us, did not greet us, tell us the reccomendation for the, or offer pie, explain the free pie on Wednesdays. Nor did she offer napkins or ask us how out meals were going. BUT she did ask other tables around us and had small conversations. This was a bad experience and she presented as annoyed with us. We wasted our patron dollars and tip on someone who clearly does not like black people. You can always see people's disgust and racism. And we were nothing but nice to her even wished happy new years and gave a nice tip. Never again.
