this place was supposed to open it's 6 a.m., and we were there at 5:45. It's 6:02 a.m., a server was unlocking the door, and said that the manager would be late. I said I hope the cook is here, and he said yes the cook is here. Place was spotless, bright but cold. We both have the chicken fajita omelette. It was excellent. And I had a side of blueberry pancakes. Much better than the Matteson location....

The food was good but my plate was missing items. We also didn't have any silverware, and when we mentioned this the waitress walked over to an empty table and grabbed one silverware set. My wife, my son and I were all at the table. I had to walk to another empty table to get what I needed to eat. TL;DR Food was as expected, good, but wait staff was very inattentive.

I love IHOP but this location is hit or miss as far as customer service. I think they've changed management a few times. Never had any bad food, though.

Too much Food. I thought a Denver omlet would be sufficient, they added hotcakes also , I couldn't finish all of it.

My waiter was very nice. But the first thing I noticed is that it smelled like they had just mopped with an old stinky mop soaked in bleach water... the food was mediocre, the hash browns were mush, and i had to smell that stench the whole time we were there.
