Parking is kinda not great here. The pizza just isn't as good as I remember from the Chicago locations. I had thin crust and it was really stale and cakey. Had way too much cheese, which I hadn't thought possible. And it was kind of expensive for thin crust Service was so-so. Staff was more interested in socializing than interacting with customers. Overall, mass commercialization hasn't done much for this restaurant. Quality isn't the same as it used to be. I'm from out of town, so I didn't know what the quality was like these days. I wish I had gone to the olive garden which is a not that high of a bar.

Great service and delicious pizza. We called ahead while on a road trip and the pizza was ready for us once we sat down. Never disappointed.

If I could give less I would. It was National Pizza Day, 9-10 inches of snow outside, and my family was hungry. I placed my order online which was the best part of this experience. I received an order number, and an ETA from Giordonas via email. Once I arrived I gave my name to the young man and he checked on my order but, no pizzas. He began to wait on others, who had received their orders promptly. I ask about my order only to be told we're still working on finding your order and I would have to wait a lot longer. Several minutes and customers had gone by ...still no order. After given my name, order number, showing my email confirmation again...still no pizza. I finally said after 20 minutes I believe that my pizza was given away and I want my money back that was paid in advance. No manager ever came out to explain what happen. Very unprofessional and disappointing. It took me 2 hours drive in the snow and more wait time to receive a decent pizza from another pizzeria. Thank you for an unpleasant experience

Food was good! Parking was poor, for a dine-in restaurant they could do better. The drinks were HORRIBLE, I asked for a frozen strawberry margarita and got a smoothie with strawberry flavor which wasn’t even blended well. I couldn’t even enjoy my meal with my fiancé because it was a lady rudely having a personal conversation (argument) on her cell phone with no respect or care that it was other paying customers here.
