Pizza Hut

The food sucks it's not like that the old days when Pizza Hut first came out the flavor taste the cheese not the same the meat is not the same Pizza is very horrible if you want some good pizza I think part of hitting the city or fly to New York that's where the best piece at but Pizza Hut sucks real bad

So I ordered a pizza online. Two hours later, after I called multiple times, they said there was a mixup and they would send me a fresh pizza. One hour later, I called again and they said they delivered the pizza (not true). I never got anything. Would give 0 stars if I could; don't give your money to these pizza thieves.

Not bad, the $5 dollar lunch special was worth it. But the personal pan was Not in a pan, it looked a lot smaller than I remembered

So I ordered last night around 6-7, shortly after I ordered I got a call saying that they ran out of “rectangular pizzas” for my order & they would replace them with medium pan, I said ok. About 25 min later my food arrives, let me state it was NOT DARK outside. The delivery driver calls and say “hi you can come outside and get your food” I said “oh you guys don’t deliver to the door” have 2 kids and I’m 6 mos pregnant I wasn’t expecting to have to go get my food, I’ve never heard of that in my life “and her response was “it’s too dark outside” Anyways...... I ordered a sausage pizza and a chicken pizza with Alfredo on it, my kids & I ate the sausage pizza & the boneless chicken I ordered & when we went to eat a breadstick, it WAS ROCK HARD !! Why would y’all send something out that you know is been sitting out for hours !!! , I left it alone because it was time for bed & we were full !! Anyway we get done eating the SAUSAGE PIZZA, and I throw the breadsticks away, and I get my kids ready for bed. Well this afternoon we go to eat what’s supposed to be CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA & I TOOK ONE BITE OF A SLICE OF THE PIZZA , and noticed they put marina sauce on it. Like OK THIS STORE CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT CLEARLY !!! So I call the store & AT FIRST I was calm , I explained the situation to JACKIE, the manager, and basically she told me that there was nothing she could do because I already took 1 BITE OUT OF ONE SLICE, and she said they don't have a cooperate number because they are a franchise & I need to GOOGLE IT MYSELF !! then she proceeds to say she can’t give out her GM number which I understand, then she contradicts herself by saying , she CANT GIVE out the corporate number either , AFTER she just said they didn’t have one. JACKIE was very rude , she couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, after giving my family hard breadsticks and the wrong pizza her whole tone was she DIDN'T CARE which pissed me off so I had to yell at her !!!! What pisses me off is as a customer, if I pay my money for something, PLEASE get my order right & don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself !!! And the fact that JACKIE, couldn't even at least say “IM SORRY” and she didn’t offer any other incentive for giving us rock hard breadsticks or messing up our pizza says a lot about her managing and her care for the customer. I’m hoping somebody higher up sees this and JACKIE and whoever else made my order be reprimanded for the horrible customer service , and JACKIE needs re-training as a manager because she couldn’t even APOLOGIZE, she simply didn’t care.
