My son and I went there last night. It said it was open until 10:30. We arrived at 9:45. My son ran in, and they told him the grill was open until 10:30. The Hibachi was the reason we went there. There were only a half-dozen other tables occupied. Most of the food was old and looked like it had been there for a while. The cheese sticks were like rubber, as were the chicken nuggets (cold and rubbery). They had roast beef that would not slice with the knife provided. It was dry and tasteless, in spite of drowning it with juice. My son had a couple steaks, as did I. He went up for another at 10:12, and the grill was closed! I asked the waitress, and she insisted it was open until 10:30. My son told her it was closed, and all the meat removed already. She just said "well" and walked away. Then, at 10:29, we were finishing up (but not yet done) and the waitress came up and said "10:30, we closed. You leave" and walked away. Can you believe that!? Most places let you finish the food in front of you! I was going to talk to the manager on the way out, but she was behind the front counter WITH HER JACKET ON already, counting money. So we left. Terrible service, no customer care! We will NEVER be back again! Don't go there, you can get better service at the worst McDonalds, and better food!

The food was OLD. I seated myself, instead of waiting, as did another couple. The bathroom was gross which usually reflects the kitchen. I forgot I was there before. Both visits were bad. The bathroom was horrible. I called to report the bathroom. Get your shots before you eat here... Zero stars!

This place is not excellent anymore. The quality of the food went down through out the years. It is the only buffet around the area. Yet, I come here once in awhile to see if they improve, but each time i regret it. I remember when they first open. It was so good! Now, it is so bad, i always feel like puking after two plates. I can only eat two plates. they add too much MSG. In the past, i been able to eat least five plates. the food isnt worth the five pounds i gain. I only eat the fries and chicken wing there. usually it depends when you come if they serve chicken wings. the Other food on the menu is horrible. The other chicken entree taste fake. The egg rolls are eh. the fruit and dessert look old and dry. They do have icecream, those are ten times better than the actual cook food. how sad. the restroom are alright. sometimes they smell and it is dirty. The staff are fine. (wait staff) I don't care for the owners. They are rude. They need better customer service.

Okay....okay..... what happened to this place??? I wish I could give this place 2 1/2 stars because it's a bit better than two stars but not 3. I used to visit this place when I was younger and it was much greater, cleaner, more variety and friendlier service. Now things have changed - Our waiter only came by ONCE for refills, also not very attentive with the dirty dishes. - Although the food is steaming, once you get to your table some of the food is already cool and not warm anymore. - The ice cream bar is much different and not as great as it once was. Overall a good place to eat? Yes, sure. Worth the price? Meh....
