This branch of TGI Fridays is one of the best. The food is excellent and the service never disappoints. It's also quite spacious. We've never had any trouble getting a table no matter what time of day we have stopped by. Also, the location is perfect because it's near top stores off Route 34 in Oswego. Since it's easy to find, offers delicious menu options and provides such efficient service, this restaurant is absolutely terrific.

I'm gluten free and dairy free and when I asked our waiter, who was the bartender, if the salad I wanted was gluten free and dairy free he told me "let me go get someone" and then comes back with allergen menus. I skim through the menus which every thing wasn't gluten free or dairy free. I asked if I could get a plain piece of grilled chicken rather than the pecan crusted one. He says yes. I tell him to make sure it's cooked by itself because it needs to be gluten and dairy free. The chicken was not cooked by itself because I could taste otherwise. It tasted like it was cooked with other meat. He did not care about my allergen needs nor did he get anyone to verify what was gluten free and what wasn't. I was trying to be nice and order something off the menu since my guest was eating and would have hope that a basic salad could be made properly. Needless to say, I can feel pain in my hands and other parts of my body and got extremely fatigued from eating a basic salad from this establishment. They couldn't even make sure that a basic salad was done correctly meeting gluten free and dairy free standards. I understand that they can't commit to 100% gluten free standards. But they could have cooked that piece of chicken in a pan by itself to insure better results of not contaminating it with gluten. If you have allergen concerns I would highly recommend to not come here because they did not care enough about my concerns to effectively make my salad in the proper manner. It's these giant food chains who advertise food that literally looks like a high end version of fast food that give great restaurants a bad name.

We had a large party for our daughter's birthday party. They were very attentive and friendly. Food was all delicious and priced on average with other restaurants in the area.

This place made me extremely sick after my course. I ordered the Cajun pasta and 20 min after eating I had to go to the bathroom and was in there for the entire duration of my stay. I was puking up chunks, nauseated, and shaking. However when my significant other told the server how sick I was she insisted that they’ve been cooking it all night and nobody else had an issue , basically meaning we were bs’ing her. Needless to say she told the chef and the chef asked if I wanted a sprite. I then was in the bathroom for a longer time , the server still made me pay for food that I regurgitated all up. Now I’m home and I still feel crappy. Wasn’t asking for a refund but at least admitt something was up in the food for future guests. Won’t be coming back after this experience.
