Normally things are good but nothing seemed to go right this time. Our waitress, served my coffee in a ditty cup, it was obviously not cleaned because it still had lipstick on the cup. We had asked for sugar, creamer and napkins several times before getting anything. The food was not made to order, and served cold. When it was time to pay our check, the manager who was at registrar was to busy on her phone to even listen to what we said. It seemed like she didn't care. It will be a while we go back there.

Good prices but the food needs work. Had some hash browns with my meal that were dripping with grease. There Wes so much grease I felt queasy for several hours later. Thinking that may have been a isolated event we went back a few days later. Avoiding the hash browns I ordered a burger. No grease dripping from anything but I was still queasy for hours later. I haven't experienced this at other Dennys so this on is off the list.

Went here with my grandma. We both were not pleased with the waitress, Cheryl F., or our order. I was a waitress for 11 years, so I know the struggles a waitress can go through during a shift. Pro: she did come in a timely manner to take our order and refill my grandma's coffee when needed. Con: overall poor service and did not refill my water until after I was done eating and requested it. Basically, our waitress did not seem to care that we were even there after taking our order. My grandmother ordered one egg white, one piece of bacon, sourdough toast, and hash browns well done. I ordered two pancakes and a side of crispy bacon. Shouldn't be to much of an issue, right! When our meal came out my grandma's hash browns were barely cooked. My pancake had a hole in the middle and looked as if they were just thrown on the plate. My bacon was not crispy; it was more on the limp side. The waitress took the hash browns and bacon back. While waiting to get the rest of our order we noticed two other tables have issues with their food order. These tables also had the same waitress. As my grandma and I ate the food we had left, two orders of bacon went to one of the other tables (was supposed to have bacon on their salads) that were having issues. Mind you we had ordered before this table. We then tried to get the attention of the waitress. She ignored us. When our food finally came out, my grandma's hash browns were still not cooked well done. On the positive, my bacon came back crispy this time. We got the attention of a manager (didn't catch his name) and told him our issues. He ended up taking my grandma's meal off the check. He didn't take anything off for my meal though. When I went to pay, I used a 20% coupon to help compensate what was left of the check. Overall, I understand that the kitchen can mess up orders here and there, but mess up three different tables orders in a row, I don't think so! I would have to say some of the issue was the waitress that was working. My grandma did confront the waitress right before we left and spoke with her about our service. The waitress apologized for the bad service. Anyway, I would not recommend going to this Denny's.

I agree with Seth's review. This place needs new decent cooks and waitresses. I went in the early morning and there were about 5 occupied tables/booths. So where did we get seated? At a wet one that had just been wiped down....not at one of the 80+ vacant dry ones. It was so wet I noticed before sitting down. The breakfast was OK except the English muffin was so over cooked when you dropped either half there was a resounding CLANK from the plate! I complained to the waitress and she said that some folks like them crispy. Crispy?? It was so hard you needed a hatchet to break in in half. We will be going to the nearby IHoP in the future.
