Typical Chicago fast food prepared perfectly in a no nonsense establishment. Personable staff make it a great experience. I'm in my fifties and Pops has been there unchanged since my childhood. No need to mess with proven perfection.

Awesome food! But.... rude people. So I asked for a beef sand which and every time I asked about something for example peppers on the side she said “that’ll be extra “ in an annoyed tone. Then I asked for a shake with sprinkles which is a odd request but she still was rude. She gave me a rude face and when the guy making it asked about them to make sure he was getting it right made another confused/rude face. Don’t get me wrong not everyone is rude that works there but some are rude. Disappointed!

Best beef sandwiches with sweet peppers around. Not a bad item in the menu. Fast service. Nice employees.

Great food!!! Their chopped salad with chicken is better than ANYBODY's!!!! Beef sammie much better than Buona or Portillo's!!! Service is fast, friendly!!

Living in TX it is impossible to find Italian beef places, so when I visit my family in the Chicagoland area, I tend to eat Pop's every day. My favourite thing is their basic Italian beef. They have a regular special that comes with fantastic fries. However if you can find a location that sells cheese curds, I would suggest getting those because they are the best snack on the menu. My mom is obsessed with their soups, but I just can't get into that.
