Wait staff did the best that they could, but the management wasn't present. You would think when a major food show was going on, they would at least make a little effort. Felt sorry for the waitress.

Took 1h 15m to get food and was cold when it arrived. Plus they had no heat that day and it was 20° that day. Hannibal location is great but here not so much.

It's always a great and friendly environment when I stop in. Either for lunch or dinner it's always great. Kayli is always wonderful and is very personal. I would always recommend asking for her. The food is always top notch and is a great hidden secret inside the hotel. Definitely would recommend if your just visiting or have lived here for a while. It's right downtown witch is a plus being as I work downtown. Check this place out on a Friday night or any day of the week you won't be disappointed.
