Walked into an empty restaurant, and yet were not greeted and had to wait a few minutes before someone noticed us and seated us. We then looked over the menus for a few minutes before looking around because it didn't appear anyone was ready to take our drink orders. Again, place is empty. I saw multiple servers in green shirts walking around, but no one ever did come take our drink orders or bring water. After five minutes of this, we walked out. No one seemed to even notice. I hesitated to try this place because of the reviews, even though it is so close. Lesson learned

Have you ever wanted mediocre, unoriginal cuisine covered in grease??? Then look no further. You found it! Simply generic “all American” food with nothing to offer but slight disappointment when when it sits in front of you. Your hunger will tell you it’s good enough, but deep down, you know it’s not. If the typical Ben E. Keith food is what you are used to, then you should be just fine. However, if you prefer quality meals that are prepared by competent and caring chefs...look elsewhere. Edit: staff has generally been nice and professional. Just wanted to give the employees a little bit of praise. It’s not their fault the food is underwhelming.

Got a sirloin that was unbelievable. The service was...WOW! After a long hard day Charles and Mike made me feel like I was at home.

I had Lovey as my waitress. She was super attentive and friendly! One of the best waitresses I've had. The hostess was great too. She also checked on me near the end of the meal to make sure everything was all right. Had the vegetable skillet which was great.

Not sure why the chef hates food, but it shows on how sloppy things are assembled and the taste. Unfortunately the great service by the server could do little for the quality of the food.
