Always a fun experience. I did have one glitch with my last order. I placed my order in the drive through and had to wait at for a while at one of the pickup points. When the order arrived, the attend read off the order to me as he handed it off. When I got home I found part of the order was missing. It would have helped if the attend had verified my order before bring it to my car. Overall the food is very good and everyone is friendly. My family and I eat there frequently.

I would have given this restaurant All-5-Stars, if it wasn't for the recent changes. This is my absolute favorite restaurant. With that being said over the past few times I've gone I've noticed the price is going up and the portions going down. There's no question that they have the best hot dogs or beef around. I literally Drive almost an hour just to eat there and was very disappointed when I saw the portion sizes. The wait was acceptable, it's a great place people love it so there's always a long line. They need to work on being consistent if they want to raise their prices maybe they should keep the portions at least the same.

You can never go wrong with this Chicago staple. The fries are some of the best in the fast food business. Beef sandwiches, hotdogs, and cheeseburgers are my go to. If you have room, you can never go wrong with the moist chocolate cake.

Food is always consistent quality..I love the food and it's always fresh. I love the fries and burgers. All burgers are made to order and cooked by the flame and not precooked. Salad are also very good. I can't really say anything bad about this restraunt.Thumb up all the way.

Not sure why i am even writing. All the Portillos I have been to are excellent. Great food. Good, usually very friendly, service. The folks at the Sorewood location faithfully carry forth the flag. I highly recommend them.
