We usually go there every Easter it's like a tradition. However this year I have never seen so many people waiting in line for Foods they did nothing under control. We're fortunate to have known someone where we got in before anybody else and were able to eat. But the people that were waiting for the one seating were not as fortunate the line was extremely extremely long. The food had many empty spots and was not refilled especially the desserts. The prime rib tasted more like sliced pot roast. I love rare prime rib I would have settled for medium well and I couldn't even get that. All in all we were very disappointed we were disappointed at the cost the quality the atmosphere. The wait staff did the best they could to keep people accommodated. I doubt if we will make this our annual stop anymore. Oh I forgot to mention the Caesar salad had absolutely no flavor at all none.

Had a bridal shower this past weekend. Very disappointing. I had called Eric Rose to clean the spider webs out of the arched windows. He said he never noticed them. Well when the sun comes around the West side and your daughter is opening her gifts the webs glisten in the windows!!! Some of my guests were seated when they informed me that the water glasses were dirty, smudged and one had melted wax in it. The chair covers were dirty and I don’t think they swept the floor. I found bits of paper under some tables when I dropped something and it went under the table. The food was dry(chicken) and they tried to cover it up with a container of sauce. The lasagna had whole spinach rather than chopped spinach (it was chewy). The coffee cups were like Demi cups and if you put in a creamer it immediately made the coffee cold. The carrot cake was dry and they spelled my daughter’s name wrong Katie for Kate. Please don’t book your events here, there are a lot of better places. I made a mistake and was given the wrong advice on this place.

The food is delicious and the service is phenomenal! We had our wedding there in July and Michael and the whole staff at Parmesan's was great. We loved every minute and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food at a beautiful venue for an event or just to stop by and enjoy the food.

Second time I ordered from here, last time over a year ago and had a bad experience. This time no better. When your told Fried Shrimp with a side of spaghetti, you figure that’s what it is. Nope! One aluminum container with shrimp pieces covered by spaghetti, sauce and cheese. The shrimp were what I would call fake shrimp, pieces of shrimp that were breaded, smelled very strong and tasted like they were spoiled. The spaghetti was covered with sauce and melted cheese sitting in water that caused the spoiled shrimp smell and taste to affect it. NEVER AGAIN!
