5 of us went for the Friday night all you can eat seafood/crab legs, beef and chicken. Food was good and plentiful. Clam chowder was very good. Service was great. Only complaint was the hot vegetables were not very hot.

We ate here for the very 1st time after hearing about the Back 40 Junction for years. We went early before the dinner crowd really picked up, so there was no wait for a table. Our server was nice enough and did stop by for refills of our drinks a couple of times. The food trays were fresh and full and the help was friendly and efficient. The dessert bar offered delicious treats and the ice cream was fabulous. Our meal was very good and we left with full tummies. That said, after it was all said and done, we most likely would not return based solely on cost. It was very expensive ($18.00 each)..just not what we opt to spend per person on a meal.

Rustic decor with great food and great service. Buffet style setting with delicious food choices. Friday evenings they serve steamed crab legs, ham, prime rib, fried chicken, fish, shrimp, soups and several sides. Wonderful salad bar and desert bar. Everything I have tried has been delicious.

Love this place! The atmosphere is really neat. They have a wonderful salad bar. They generally have a selection of 3-4 meats carved in front of you plus fried shrimp. Other items on the buffet include mashed potatoes, noodles, mac & cheese, 2-3 different vegetable choices, rolls, soups, cheese and crackers. They have 6 different flavors of ice cream and generally 2-3 pies, cookies, and a couple other desserts to choose from. Just be aware that Friday nights are seafood nights (includes crab legs) and the buffet is $10 more expensive then.

Great food and staff. Nice place to eat and meet with friends. They do not rush you through you meal and they are good at remembering you when you return.
