We never go to Bloomington without going to Feast for breakfast. Fabulous, fabulous food and great service. We try something new every time and are never disappointed.

I love Feast. This is always my go-to when in Bloomington and looking for something delicious. It's a tiny place so for brunch, I'd always recommend going early as they fill up quickly. In the evenings, I think it's hit or miss. I went on a Thursday and there were only a handful of other tables. Expect spectacular food with excellent service in a warm, casual atmosphere. I'm always shocked at how reasonable my bill is because considering the creativity and quality of the food this place isn't expensive at all! I will always make a visit to see what's new on their menu and I would most definitely recommend you try it too!

The food is great but a little too pricey for compare to similar restaurant around the area. I wouldn't really mind the price if it was for the terrible service they have. It is super slow to get your order in and getting the check. Some of the staff can be passive aggressive if you try to get their attention.

Today I came in before work to get an iced coffee & a muffin. No one spoke to me for about 10 minutes & then I was finally acknowledged after making eye contact. I ordered my food & waited a while-another couple came in & asked if they could order coffee to go & the lady said “you can but not from me” & walked away..the couple didn’t find it funny & they were annoyed they hadn’t been helped either. My coffee was finally ready & I went up to pay & she told me it was $13...there’s no way a small iced coffee & a muffin should’ve been $13, I know the muffin was $4 but I didn’t look to see how much the coffee was but there’s just no way. I didn’t even think about it till I left & I honestly just wanted to leave at this point anyway. I did have dinner here for the first time too not long ago & the waitress didn’t come to our table for over 10 minutes...overall a rude vibe.

Thank the universe for dropping this chef and her team into middle America. You know those moments when all NYC food begins to taste the same and you start seeking out the street food pop ups? I do. American high cuisine exists outside NYC, LA and Frisco. Don't believe me? Try Feast. And it is absolutely worth the wait. Think avacado toast can't be elevated? Check my picture which doesn't do the flavors justice...
