Very fast very friendly service. Order was hot and correct. Can't ask for much more except maybe some extra bbq sauces.

Hit the drive thru here for a pleasant surprise. Sandwich was fresh and delicious. Fries were incredible. Customer service was a priority, and the nice girl taking orders was smart and fast. Best Wendy's around for my money. The location is probably what makes this Wendy's superior.

For almost three years they've messed up my order. Every. Single. Time. Let me just say if I got the correct orders as much as I get the wrong orders I'd be giving them 5 stars for spot on service. On the contrary however, I've found that you can always count on this location to let you down. Strongly recommend driving the extra few minutes and going to jefferson point, you might even save some time and frustration in the process.

I love the apple pecan chicken salads! I came in at 9 pm and unfortunately, the group of teenage employees were ready to call it quits. They chatted for about 30 seconds before acknowledging my presence even though I was the only customer in the store. When the girl finally came to take my order, there was no greeting, no smile just a cold, "What would you like?" So, I greeted her with a smile and said hello. She refused to smile and repeated, "What would you like?" I put my wallet back into my pocket, turned and left. Not the type of environment I am accustomed to at Wendy's.

Came through at 11:30 on a Friday (they are open till 1 AM), and sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes. Drove up to the window and looked in and everyone was sitting in the dining room and when they saw us, all jumped up and ran into the back. What great customer service.
