Food here is great! They've really done a great job with many of their updates and the new patio seating is comfortable and spacious. Definitely a neighborhood feel and if you're from the area, good chance you'll run into friends here. The Friday fish is delicious and burgers are on point. The mushrooms are excellent homemade ones. Good service, even when they're super busy (which is typical) but you won't go wrong here.

Great family dining. Never been in the bar area so I can not comment on that area. The staff is very personable and “small town” friendly. Reasonable prices and great great food. In my top favorites for their French fries. My husband is in love with their wing. My kids are always asking to go to Hunters Hideaway for dinner when we ask what they want. This is a great restaurant and I can’t wait for the weather to warm so we can eat on the patio.

Hunters is a family staple. We come about once a week and know that their food is consistently good. We have favorites, of course, which include the belly buster burger (make sure to ask for their fry options! They have a few!) the chicken wings, the salmon dinner and the best is their shrimp cocktail. I know it sounds odd to think a “bar” would have good shrimp, but I’m telling you it’s pretty close to the best I’ve ever had! Fresh horseradish just like at St Elmo’s in Indy. We really enjoy the add on for more room and are suuuuper happy they went completely smoke free

Pub food. Large portions. Good beer selection for a small town. Friendly. Food is a little heavy and not very inventive. Bar is rowdy. Patio & dining room seating are good for families.

We tried to order 3 appetizers and they were out of them. Ordered Onion ring tower and waited about 15 min then told they ran out. The jalapeno poppers we're out on Friday and still out Saturday. Ran out of the special today and ran out of fish on Friday. It was very disappointing. Management didn't really seem to be very helpful in making our experience any better.
