Great combinations and things you don't find everywhere. I had the matcha pancakes and they were fantastic. Good portions, prices were reasonable. I love that they have fresh juice combos as well, the morning meditation is delicious. Definitely recommend trying First Watch. We all enjoyed our meals. We were seated in about 20 minutes on a Sunday. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait for our food after we ordered. Yes they were busy and may have been under staffed, but we waited a little over an hour for our food. I will not, however, let that deter me from going back.

I wasn’t even aware this was a breakfast place, it sounded like the name of an urgent care clinic. 🤷🏻‍♂️ My wife suggested we try it out, and I’m glad we did! You get good, unique food for a reasonable price. They have juice combos that are fresh and creative, but you can’t go wrong with the classic glass of cold-squeezed OJ. The biscuits and turkey sausage gravy was delicious, I just wish the gravy was a little thicker. Just a personal preference. I got some spicy havarti cheese on my scrambled eggs which was delicious, a good alternative for pepper jack (which they didn’t have.) The potatoes were savory and well seasoned. The server was nice and professional, quick with the food and always keeping an eye on the table. I would definitely recommend you try it out!

I just enjoyed my first carrot cake pancake here. Holy moly. Fresh, grated carrots, raisins and other carrot cake ingredients are fully identifiable and add extra flavor profiles and textures that give this pancake it’s well-deserved name. A carafe of warmed syrup and a perfect glass of orange juice made it just perfect. The place is well decorated and modern, and I’m not sure why I was surprised to see it so clean, because all restaurants should be clean, right?? You can see the staff in the kitchen somewhat, which is always comforting for me, personally. The service was quick and precise, and I’m sold. I’ll be back! Mic drop!

Heath-minded food that tastes delicious at a fair price. I always call my breakfast orders in to take to work. I recommend their breakfast tacos with black beans... so good!

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and was surprised to see what a diverse unique menu they have. I opted for the elevated egg sandwich and was not disappointed. Our waitress was friendly and quickly fixed an error with my order when I brought it to her attention. We will likely return in the future.
