Went looking for nachos around the Embassy theater and found Champions. The nachos and quesadilla were good. Would recommend this place if you're going to see a Tin Caps game. I was going to give 4-stars, but decided to knock a star off because this place is trying to buy good reviews. If you give them a 5-star review you get 10% off your order. But you have to put your server’s name in the review too. So if you look at Google and Yelp, that’s why so many reviews are listing specific servers. You shouldn’t try to buy good reviews. You should focus on your food and service instead.

Very disappointed with our lunch service. They seemed very understaffed so I could understand why our service was slow, but it seemed a little ridiculous. We only had 4 people in our party. We ordered the seared tuna and a burger to share, which the burger was great (even though it was A little over cooked) but the tuna was definitely not worth $15 it was very thinly sliced and small pieces. Also, ordered a pork tenderloin to share and the inside was completely pink in the inside even red/raw in some parts. I was pleased that they took that price off the bill but surprisingly didn’t even have a manager or anything come talk to us to apologize or anything. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for a side of ceaser dressing we asked for twice and it seemed like they forgot about us. I’m not one to usually complain or leave reviews but definitely not coming back.

Ice tea arrived after 20 minutes, our food after 25 min. The Chx quesadilla was dried shredded Chx with no cheese and literally 3 - 4 small pieces of tomato, 2 -3 pieces of green onion. Terrible. Hubby’s Mac and cheese was like a poorly prepared Kraft box. It’s convenient to the convention center but I’d rather walk a bit further for better food and service.

I was hesitant to visit because it is a sports bar, but I'm happy I did. Trish was friendly and attentive. The fettuccini Alfredo with chicken was a fabulous choice.
