The management here is terrible, so even if you have a bad experience, don't expect it to get any better once they show up. The wait time for food was about 40 minutes, they refused to give us more tortilla chips when we asked, and their sangria was disgusting. The worst part was my meal. I ordered the four cheese mac with honey pepper chicken tenders, but i received a plate of a single piece of grilled chicken with a spoonful of pasta on the side that had three strings of cheese on the top. Then I asked for management and the guy was extremely rude and just laughed when we expressed our concerns and never apologize. Then, I reached out to headquarters and they didn't even have a recipe of our dinner. So ridiculous. I will never go to an Applebees again.

We went for lunch and it wasn't very crowded which was nice. The food was good and the service was alright. Overall nice dining experience

Never been disappointed here. Good menu variety & attentive service. Busy Mall atmosphere isn't really a distraction.

Great Service! Bartender Brittany was very friendly, and was in control of a big dinner time rush! We had the chicken wonton tacos and the mac and cheese with bacon! Go GREENWOOD APPLEBEE'S

We here setted fairly quickly. A server gave us a menu but no one returned to take our order. The people in the booths in front of us and behind us had their ordern taken while we were still seated. Needless to say we left. And I will add that we were the only Black patrons there.
