Food was pretty good, if pricey. Service was wacky. We ate early, but we had to wander around to find someone to seat us. Server did not ask us if we wanted drinks-we had to ask about drinking menu. He brought check quickly as finished eating-didnt ask about dessert. Seemed anxious for our dinner to be over

I love the food. Kentucky Soul Food with a modern twist (and I normally do not go for the modern twist). The quality of the food is excellent and the portions are huge (you can pull two meals out of one by taking your leftovers). They make excellent fried chicken. My only issue is customer service. The bartenders are great, but there management and servers leave much to be desired, which is standard in today's restaurant culture and that is why they get 4 stars instead of 5.

The food is amazing! All of our meals were delicious, and the environment is very modern and sleek. I recommend the fried green tomatoes. However, we ate here with our two small children without knowing the decor, and although our kids are not loud, every giggle and fork dropped resonated off the marble interior. GREAT for a date or a business meeting. Wouldn't recommend bringing children here. It's not that they're not welcome, but the restaurant was not designed for them. We were stressed out during our entire meal that an extra sound or spilled drink could make us look like a spectacle.

My mother and me went into Sway it was my first time visiting. We sat ourselves and waited for about ten minutes when another lady came in and sat at the bar she was greeted right away. My mother and I got up and head for the door on the way out my mother asked the guy as he waived us goodbye “if they were serving food at this time” he replied with yes and that he thought we were just hanging out. Not a good first impression.
