I gave this review 4 stars, because every time I go in one of the workers "Nozee" is rude AF. Great food though. And everyone else has great customer service. Awesome location on 4th Street. I wish there was a little bit more room in the lobby to sit. But other than that I'd recommend this place.

They gave me a half of bowl of food, which was really like a half a bowl of watery grease and I paid 10 dollars for it. Yuck. I'm mad at myself for not paying attention before I left with the food. Their prices are too high for little to no food and had attitudes.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant of all time. I've been to the one on bardstown rd over 100 times and this one downtown a bunch as well. This one has gotten worse and worse over time as far as ingredient freshness and customer service. My last user experience at this location was the worst I ever had at a Chipotle. It was later in the night before they closed and the service was embarrassingly bad

Ordered online. They were swamped, and only 15 minutes late with the order. And it was perfect: Well done!

The staff here is very polite and they go out of their way to be friendly. I can't speak for the lengths of the lines because I ALWAYS order online ahead of time to avoid the typical long Chipotle lines. The website is very easy to use and they always get my order correct.
