Usually it's one of my favorite places to go. Unfortunately the last 3 -4 visits have been downhill with last night's visit being my last for awhile. We ordered at the drive thru then asked to pull around had to give our order again. Didn't receive a fish taco the guy running drive thru was totally rude and actually leaned out the window and tried to bully us by saying: I am pretty sure I gave you 2 tacos... then slammed the window. We could see him telling the other employees to get us another taco and get us out of there because he was done dealing with us. We get home and our entire order was wrong.....

They are great with service good meals but slow because the only fish place in town I would prefer captain D's over long John silver though

Waited in the driveup line for almost 15 minutes. When I got to the window I asked if it would be much longer and the young man said he didn't know. I told him I had been waiting a long time and wanted to know if my order was about ready. All he could do at that point was shrug his shoulders and said he didn't know. He didn't even bother to try to ask and find out. From the parking lot and the drive thru line it didn't appear they were very busy.

Chasher was friendly professional and polite. I sat down with my drink, they brought me my food. Food was hot fresh and good. Tables were clean floor was not. When I finished they took my plate and trash form me. I loved it, is this a fast food restaurant??? I gave my experience a 5, I won't hesitate to come back for there great fried food and service. Thanks New Castle !!

Fish was delicious; it was crisp and not greasy. The slaw was fresh and cold. One of the best meals we have had at a Long John Silver's. Plus, staff friendly and food was served quickly. Will definitely stop again when in area.
