I have been here twice in the last week. First time I went it was very busy. I got my order quite quickly and everything was hot and very very good. Two days later, went back. They weren't as busy as they were the first day. Waited over 55 minutes for food. Noticed that several people got their food before me that got there after me. I understand that maybe they ordered food that didn't need to be cooked so that didn't bother me at all. After 55 minute wait for food, my fries were cold, was missing quite a few items. I was on my way to the front of the store so I could discuss this with the people and when I noticed they gave me the wrong receipt. After noting defeat, got back in the car and went home. I never say never...because I do like this place, but it may be a lonesome summer this year because after the last stop, I have no immediate plans to go back. Which kills me because this place is a page right out of nostalgia, but at the same time, I can go a few minutes more in Ohio and go to Sonic and get better food and better service.

Went there for the 1st and last time on Sunday, May 6th. 45 minute wait. All we ordered were 4 footlongs all identical with chili, cheese, onion and mustard, 2 fries and 1 onion ring. 45 minutes later... All the hotdogs were made wrong. The fries were stone cold. As they took the dogs back inside to fix them, we waited another 12 minutes for the dogs to return. They didn't even make fresh hotdogs, they just fixed the wrong ones and they didn't bother to reheat so the dogs were also stone cold and by this time the fries and onion rings were inedible. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had and I will not be back.

The food is great, but if you look to be younger than 40 they will make you feel like a thief and make you pay your bill before you even finish your food. Will never go back
