My husband and I went in there on Thursday Feb 21 2018 around 7:30pm and the 2 young men working was totally awesome! One of the best customer service experience I have ever had! The food was awesome too!

The service and quality of sandwich construction at this location is always hit or miss. My last visit found the staff so flustered that the bread was cut uneven and broken, the order had to be repeated and corrected, the lady stopped working my sandwiches to shove the bread warmer around, and so on. Quite the frenzy. Other times, the sandwich guy is so obviously tired of working there, he could care less if you got served at all. But still, I keep coming back because it's just as likely that the sandwiches will be made quickly and the staff are in a great mood. I do like the Subway model and products. At this location, the customer experience may be just what you're looking for. But then again, maybe not.

Food was great and employees very helpful. Chuck was friendly and accommodating to our low carb diet

Horrible service. Kid behind the counter just stands there like an idiot untell you speak to him. Had to tell him each topping, one at a time, as he carelessly dumped them on the sub. Worker's loser buddies come in to get free drinks and chat in the middle of my sub. I pay and then have to wait for him to realize he never handed me the trash pile they call a sandwich. Get a robot that can make a sandwich so this moron can get back to the basement. Bread was very fresh though.

They now have several people that know how to make sandwiches, especially one young lady. I didn't get her name.
