If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to skip the story just know BAD WAIT TIMES, POOR SERVICE AND BUGS IN DRINKS! I took my mother in-law out for mothers day, had a party of 5 and waited about 35 minutes to be seated. Not really that big of a deal but the manager seemed annoyed that we didn't pick the outdoor seating. THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN WE ORDERED DRINKS. My father in-law and I both got sweet tea. His drink came with something floating in it. We laughed it off and sent it back for a new drink. This drink also had something floating in it, at this point I looked at my drink and realized I had a bug in my glass. I threw up and my party left. I will not be going back and I don't think I can recommend this place to anyone.

Had a good experience here. Went for my mom's birthday and had never been before. Sunday at lunch and had small wait for a table of 6. Wait time was less than quoted, so that was a plus. Server was pleasant and attentive. Salad bar was very fresh and had large variety of toppings. Giving a 4 star rating since several people ordered steak, and they were cooked a little more done than requested. Overall was a good experience. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Took too long to get drinks. Was never offered bread. My tips that I ordered medium came out burnt and so was the baked potato. My meal was supposed to come with a dessert and was not offered that either. The only good part of the meal was the salad that I made myself.

Pleasantly surprised. I haven't been to a Bonanza or Ponderosa for many years. The service was very good and the food was high quality and very tasty. Main entrees came out nice and hot. I had the ribs and fries with them. Very good. My wife had the salad bar. The rolls were good with the cinnamon butter. Restaurant was clean and bright even on a somewhat dreary day. We will be back for sure.

*EDITED, SO PLEASE READ BELOW FOR LATEST REVIEW* We went on a weekend evening and spent 5 minutes standing inside before even being acknowledged. This is only half the hostesses fault because it was super busy. It would have only taken the hostess 3 seconds to tell us she would be with us shortly, but she seated the two groups ahead of us without a word to us. I say it's only half her fault because as busy as it was, I would also say on Friday and Saturday nights 2 hostesses should have been on duty. We did have an awesome waiter who took good care of us. Our food was brought to the table by a young lady who dropped it off and then walked away; ignoring me as I tried to ask about the missing potato soup. I figured I would ask the waiter when I saw him, but when I saw him next he was bringing the soup. So he helped redeem being ignored for the second time that evening by some of the other staff. Our waiter Jacob was part of the deciding factor, along with the food for a four star rating instead of three. The food was outstanding, and the waiter really made up for lackluster service from some of the other staff. I only took pictures of the spot where we stood for 5 minutes coming in, and a pic of the bar through the glass as not to disturb other patrons. I would recommend this place for the food, and hopefully the owners or management will read this and hire a second person to seat people on busy nights. Can't say enough good things about our waiter though, or the food. The food was excellent. *EDIT* We went again last weekend to celebrate my birthday. Karen seated us, but seemed perplexed as to the whereabouts of the usual hostess, but it was good to see extra coverage that didn't leave patrons waiting. We were seated quickly and once again had a most excellent server. What minor issues we had Brenna our waitress took care of quickly and with courtesy. The food was excellent once again. The only thing I'd say for improvement would be to have more prime rib on hand. We were told it was gone Friday night (it's only served Friday-Sunday) and we were in around 5pm on Saturday. I'd hoped to try the prime rib, but there is always next time. I'm going to have to upgrade this to a five star spot. The owner not only responded to my original review, but took what was discussed and made improvements based off the feedback. Top class, and we got to see Jacob who remembered us and also said hello. Between our lovely waitress Brenna, Jacob, and the owner Mike taking reviews to heart and making improvements it's hard not to feel like royalty when eating at Bonanza. Thank you for another lovely evening. Cheers. (Note that it won't let me update to five stars without deleting and reposting, but this is most definitely a five star restaurant).*Edit* It let me move it to 5 stars on the computer. Well deserved and have been recommending people come try Bonanza.
