Terrible experience. We ended up walking out after waiting over an hour for a to go order. Manager was supposed to come talk to us but never did. Other tables in the restaurant had the same problem (they waited over two hours and never got food) and when the manager did finally showed up to talk to them, the manager had a terrible attitude and nothing but lame excuses. My husband and I both worked in the restaurant business for many years and we understand sometimes people don't show up to work. It's one thing to be short staffed, but entirely another to be completely incompetent and unapologetic for such a horrendous failure. Out of a restaurant that was 2/3 full, maybe 1/2 dozen tables got food during our entire visit. Abysmal. We definitely won't be back. I felt sorry for the wait staff for having to work for such a poor excuse for a manager.

This place is always busy it seems especially on game days. Service is always slow but good. The food portions seem a bit small for the price. Management seems to be pretty loose and you never see them. Turnover seems really high in servers you never see the same person twice.

This is an edited review from what I previously posted which was a decent review. Today is the second time my family and myself have walked out without getting any service. The first time there was no line, no servers, no one. We waited several minutes and no one came out of the kitchen, there were people eating, the place wasn't busy but there was no staff. After several minutes it got a bit awkward and frustrating, so we went elsewhere. Tonight, there was actually a hostess and servers but they seemed very confused about how to seat people. There were three or more open booths and at least four open tables, but for some reason, the hostess had to seat them at the one table that had not been bussed yet. We waited for quite a while, there was a line starting to go out the door and after several minutes and no explanation or any interaction whatsoever to explain the delay, two different groups behind us left and so did we. Actually, I am writing this from O'Charlies in Greenfield. We were willing to travel to a different town rather than put up with what this BW3's had become. Terrible service is not rare at this location, and that is unacceptable. We will not step foot in there again for at least a few months. I do plan on calling corporate tomorrow to see if he can clear the cancer that is the management of this place.

Clean and professional place to have dinner when I went there. The service was in a nice timely manner and the meal was very much to satisfaction I would definitely recommend and go there again
