It's a small, clean restaurant. The door does not face the street, but there is a mural on the side of the building that does. Both of our dinners were fantastic and full of flavor. I can't wait to go back there. I posted photos before and had descriptions on them. I wish I knew how to merge them with this review.

Good food and great service. Cute small cafe to go to when you’re craving Venezuelan food or something a little different. It was pretty crowded when we went and we had to wait a bit before being seated/served, but that’s just a testament to how popular the cafe is!

The service took forever. It took us about 20 minutes to order after sitting down. When I got my drink, 25 minutes after I ordered it (I know because I timed it), there was lipstick on the glass. Finally the food came at about 45 minutes after ordering and 65 minutes after sitting down. The food really lacked any flavor or spice, which I was looking forward to based on the type of cuisine they were serving. The price seems reasonable, but I did not think the food was worth it. Overall, I will not go back and the experience was a disappointment.

DO NOT CATER. We had an awful experience. We were catering a meal for propsective students in the Notre Dame philosophy department. The food was quite expensive - $700 for food for 40 people ($17.50 a person) but we decided to order anyway. It was then delivered AN HOUR late, and they brought 4 small, half-filled trays of food - enough food for MAYBE 10 people. I called and asked for a partial refund because of the terrible service and lack of food, and they pretended like they didn't speak English and hung up on me TWICE. Not only was it a total rip off, but I was very disappointed that they didn't have the integrity to make it right. Our department will never cater from here again, and I strongly recommend against anyone else doing so. I am especially disappointed that Mario, the manager, was unwilling to hear me out, hung out on me, and didn't have the honesty to make things right.

Food was absolutely great and definetly had an authentic taste. 🇻🇪 The place is very small but is kept clean. I will definetly be going back to Mango Cafe for their are so many items on their menu that sound appetizing. Overall I give them 4/5 their Venezuelan lemonade while delicious is overpriced, and I what I had ordered also seemed overpriced for the quantity. Great place to check out if in the area Vegetarian options possible vegan if asked.
