The food was good. My wife liked her shake a lot. It was very thick. The kitchen area was clean, but other areas needed cleaning and maintenance. Could be a really nice place.

Bee Bops is an Owensboro cornerstone restaurant. Classic 50's diner feel that is more than just burgers and fries. Free milkshakes for your birthday and kids eat free on Thursdays! If you're downtown and are wanting friendly service with great food at a fair price, Bee Bops is the place to go.

I ate here today for lunch for the first and only time. Ordered a burger, waitress asked what I wanted on it and she mentioned they didn't have tomatoes which was something listed on the menu and that I actually wanted. I ordered a garden salad to go with it and when it arrived I lifted the top layer of lettuce to find a bunch of rotten pink lettuce underneath it. I sent it back and it was taken off my check but it never should have made it on the plate to begin with.

One of the worst restaurants. Took 30 mins to get 10 pieces of fried pickles, $9 chesseburger only (fry's are extra) burger was nothing special-cold, ordered a side of fry's which were still frozen inside, refilled my drink with wrong beverage. Wife ordered a hot ham & cheese $8 - two pieces of white bread with a slice of cheap imitation cheese with 3 micro thin slices of ham lunch meat. Attitude of the staff sucked. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Super nasty shakes & fries tasted freezer burned fries were a cheap frozen kind that are small and hard, the shake was served in a small foam cup. They claimed to be out of onion rings and cheese sticks, the service was also very poor along with the burger being very under cooked. The ketchup was runny like red water. 35$ for 2 persons for bad burgers NEVER again.
