Yesterday was my first and last time going to Tokyo. I am giving them one star because they were clean. However I order fried calamari ( I typically love calamari) and the calamari tasted and felt off. As I continued I nearly threw it up. So after 6 1/2 minutes of trying to get a waiter. I told her that the calamari was not good at all and asked her to take it from me and ordered monzerella sticks. She took everything but the calamari which at this point had my stomach on 100. Then she brought out some dry mozzarella sticks. Luckily those were decent. However they made me pay for the calamari that I could not even half way finish. Also a man next to me ordered some Jack Daniels. They watered his drink down to the point the he said it tasted and smelled like water. He then ordered another shot but demanded that he open the bottle and pour it in front of him. The second shot smelled and looked like straight Jack. Which tells me they make you pay full price for water that they label alcohol. With that being said my first impression/experience of Tokyo was beyond terrible. They are over priced for no reason, specially since the food is not even good. Do not go here unless you don't care about wasting your time and/or money.

The menu selection has a wide range of items to make most Japanese food lovers happy. The restaurant facility is new and well designed, including the restrooms. The grill chef was friendly and engaging, but not to the point of dominating your meal. The food tasted great. The salad dressing was a bit watery and not that tasty to my palate and the initial waiting staff were hard to find. I had to ask for silver service and a napkin as I had nothing, not even sticks, to eat with when my food was served. Minor issues to an otherwise excellent experience. We'll be back.

It was a great dining experience! The chef was funny and the food was excellent! Also if you need to know they sing happy birthday and give a free fried type of ice cream if its your birthday. Great place! Cant wait to go back

Excellent food! First time for sushi for me. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere felt authentic, and our server was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place! Wish they could get more business! I will be back!
