Had my husband's birthday dinner here on May 4th. It had been a couple years since we had last been. There were 20 people in our group. The room was all set up and ready to go. It was very nice and quiet. The server was very good and attentive to our group. The food was wonderful. Better than I had remembered.

What a surprise to find a place like this in Iowa. First, the staff was amazing especially Misty the bartenderess (her word not mine). She was cheerful and helpful. Her by the glass wine recommendation was the Malbec and it was better then most. Then she recommended the Greek pizza. That was a treasure. The study warm crust coupled with the cool crisp toppings was a sorry treat for the palette. The flavor exploded and filling without being heavy. Just a great meal thanks to her recommendations and was a great treasure to be found anywhere. The fact that I was in Cedar Rapids, IA just enhanced the joy at this find. Go here, eat and enjoy.

The service was terrible, and the portions between 2 of the same plate was way off. One has a big piece of Salmon, one had a tiny piece. Really sad since the food wasn't bad. Wait staff didn't know what beer they had, and if they even had soy sauce for the roll I ordered. Got appetizer after my meal, and rarely saw our waitress. Won't be going back again. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food did taste good. From order to food on the table took far to long for the complexity of food that we ordered. Lettuce wraps use the wrong kind of lettuce, pizza with bacon on it had way to much of it.

I used to love this place, but my last two stops in were less than desirable. The food was bland & uninspired. As a fat guy, I find it incredibly frustrating when even I can't finish my food because it doesn't taste good. A damn shame, really.

Very good food, service, atmosphere. The fish tank needs some work and since we went there to enjoy the fish tank while we dined I had to remove one star. I would definitely go there again and recommend though!
