We’ve been going to Crust since they opened. Our most recent visit was terrible. First off, does anyone else think having all of those waiting guests piled in front of the entrance is a hazard? Second, they need to desperately get an experienced host or hostess to work the front. They were so unorganized it was painful to watch. After tables were turned they sat empty for an extended period of time. Way longer than they should have. Our “20 minute” wait time turned in to over an hour. It’s not the wait that bothers us, it’s being told 20 when it’s really an hour. Again, a very disorganized front of the house. Third, did I mention the large amount of people all piled up in front of the entrance? As for the food. Our cheese curds appetizer was cold. The food runnner clearly didn’t know what table they went to as he passed our table multiple times with curds in hand. Finally he just asked if we ordered them. Never really knowing that they were for our table. The pizzas were meh. It was clear they were busy and we overheard a server mention the kitchen was backed up. A restaurant employee should NEVER say this to a customer. It makes the customer wonder what else is going to be wrong. Clearly our pizzas were rushed, the ingredients weren’t evenly distributed over the entire pizza. I fully understand that Crust is a very popular restaurant and there will always be wait times. But the level of disorganization from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was enough for us to cut Crust out of our restaurant rotation for a while.

Great food and service. They also played a wide variety of sports on the TVs and I was able to catch both the lacrosse championship game and Cubs game.

Very tasty pizza. They had different size pizzas from thin crust to deep dish. Appetizers we're pretty good also. We had the fried cheese curds. Alittle pricy but we'll worth it. Service was very good, waiter came back several times to check and even brought refills without even have to ask us. I would recommend.

Food was good as always but the service was incredibly slow. I never got my drink and it took 30 minutes to get a salad. I've been been here several times in the past and this was the first time the service was bad. It won't stop me from going again but I'm going to be more critical if the service is bad again.
