Expected better. Veal parmigiana was strips of veal breaded. I'm more accustomed to a veal steak, not cut strips of veal. Garlic knots could use more garlic. Salad, however, was huge. Good quaint atmosphere. Keep trying!

Very delicious food. Generous hospitality. A very elegant, simple and chic place. Great location. Decent staff. Lovely music .. ❤

Greeted by a very pissed off looking unfriendly young lady. Sat us at a table that felt like it was in the hallway. Ordered Bruschetta appetizer. Bread was crispy and great. Topping was soggy and flavorless. Daughter ordered lasagna with side salad. I ordered grilled chicken salad. Waiter brought us 2 side salads. When I looked at him funny he remembered that I ordered grilled chicken salad and took my salad back. I watched as he dumped it into a bigger salad plate and then with his bare hands grabbed chopped lettuce out of a big container from the fridge and added it to my plate. Really?? So far not so good. Got the food. Lasagna is very average...sauce is too sweet for our tastes. Grilled chicken salad is weird. Not sure what they put on the chicken to grill. The flavor is non existent. Don't think we'll come back. Completely unimpressed. I've had better Italian food in Tokyo.

Got a chance to eat at La Tavola for the first time today and it was just as good as everyone says. Our server Patrick was just as pleasant as he was efficient and the food was exceptional. Get the Garlic Knots, you won’t be disappointed.
