ripped off, no matter how you look at it. ordered a feast deluxe. a regular feast is $9.15 + tax. a deluxe is 50% more meat for $1.50 extra, but got charged $5.50 extra. i called to question the price gouge. the logic i was given for the $5.50 price gouge was that the feast is already a double meat sandwich. I was told its a combination of a subway club and the Italian bmt, but nowhere did I see a sign saying any sandwich was exempt from the deluxe offer. even by their logic that it's two sandwiches in one, the most it should be was $3.00 extra, $1.50 extra per supposed said sandwich. not $5.50, but once again since there is no sign saying any sandwich is exempt it should be $1.50. yes, I realize it's only $4.00 more but that isn't the issue. the issue is being ripped off and while $4.00 isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things, it's still wrong.

The workers are always awesome but late night weekends they really need to have more than one person working also should have cheesecake cookies full time.

Have to give a shout out to Amanda and Tina(I believe those are their names)...they were truly deserving of a round of applause on Pancake Day today after the parade. It was just the two of them and the place was constantly packed almost out the door, and even though they were short staffed, they pulled it off with exceptional teamwork. Great job ladies! Excellent customer service.
